Pictures From The Past

These pictures were taken a few years ago, but we are not putting up a tree this year, so I thought I would share these, they are some of my favorites.

Jake, Bandit, & Princess
Jake was very young in this photo with an old time Santa.
One of my favorite pictures of Princess. She went to Rainbow Bridge July of 2007. Christmas was such a fun time for her, It just isn't the same without her. She was Jake's' best friend.

That was a beautiful tree:) How did you get all three to look at the tree at the same time. Im sorry about Princess, Im sure you all have wondeful memories of her. I think you should still put a tree up:)) Have a nice weekend T.

Does the reason you're not putting up a tree this year have anything to do with 26 kids, 5 dogs and 6 feral cats? :)))

WOW! Beautiful!

What wonderful pictures! I love the way the three are staring at the tree...bet they knew there were presents under it for them!

Great Christmas pics! We will miss S this Christmas, too - he loved to unwrap his own presents (and everyone else's, too!)

LOL, I meant 6 kids not 26. Lordy, what a house full that would be:))))

Thanks all!

Dog Geek,
Princess enjoyed opening everyone' gifts just like S did. She always knew what was in those packages and felt anything wrapped was for her. She is greatly missed around here by all of us, including the dogs.

flydragon, LOL!! 26 kids, omg, I would have to be committed for sure,, 26 furkids I could handle, but kids of the human kind? BLAH!!
Yeh, not enough room or time to enjoy the tree this year. :))

Hi, I read your comment you left for Brenda and just wanted to comment back.
I hate to read how things are for your family, it's the same way for my husband's family. We all used to get together and do things, now seems everyone in the family is always into it about something and so-and-so won't be there for dinner if so-and-so is, really sad! Guess these sort of things are just part of this crazy world we live in today. I never thought I'd see the day though when all of this family wasn't close and didn't enjoy holidays together. It's really sad! :-(
